Altamira Capital Partners will advise Pinnacle Industries of India in its efforts to develop an independent vehicle conversion business in India, SAARC countries and Arab States. Building on its position as a leading automotive parts provider, Pinnacle Industries will focus primarily on emergency transportation and business vans, 2 fast growing segments in the region.
Based on Force Motors Traveller chassis, the initiative involves the design and production of upgraded Advanced and Basic Life Support ambulances allowing safer and faster patients transport to hospitals and medical centers. Similarly, Pinnacle Industries will leverage its interior parts experience to develop fully equipped business and luxury vans for executive and hotel transportation. With uneasy road conditions and uneven healthcare infrastructure services in the country, the main challenge is to locally develop vehicles meeting India”s market requirements at affordable local prices.
Altamira”s mandate includes technological partner search, deal structuring, negotiation assistance and business development support with selected European players willing to team up with Pinnacle Industries.
