Altamira Capital Partners and Xerys join forces
On Tuesday 22nd of June, London based Altamira Capital Partners and Xerys of France announced their intention to jointly set up an alternative investment fund focused on medium size turnarounds, corporate spin-offs and business transformations in Central and Southern Europe.
As part of the agreement, the equity raised by the general partnership will be invested through a newly created vehicle under the Xerys name. Altamira partners join La Financière Xerys sarl executive committee in the development of the fund's investment strategy and subsequent active management of portfolio companies.
