Jozef is a founding partner and joined Altamira Capital Partners from McKinsey & Company where he worked as a senior consultant. Before he worked as a senior manager jointly responsible for the fifth largest European IPO at the NYSE in 2007 (Nyrstar N.V.) raising €2Bn. He further held responsibilities for the strategic tax planning and development of Nyrstar’s global operating model. Prior to that, Jozef worked 7 years at General Electric as European Tax Leader, with roles in GE’s Healthcare and Consumer & Industrial divisions in France, Spain and Hungary, primarily focusing on M&A, Business transformation, transfer pricing and legal entity consolidation. Jozef also spent 5 years at Ernst & Young and worked briefly in 1999 at Deutsche Telekom part of the team issuing the first Euro denominated corporate bond raising €2Bn. He holds a Master in Tax Law and Accountancy from the University of Amsterdam. Jozef fluently speaks German, English and Spanish in addition to Dutch.

Benoit is a founding partner at Altamira Capital Partners. He has worked 9 years at General Electric, having led turnaround, development and integration projects in GE’s Energy and Industrial businesses, with General Management and Operations roles in Spain, Switzerland, Italy and France. As a member of the due diligence and integration team in charge of acquisitions, he played a key role in building GE's Oil & Gas business. Benoit is a certified GE Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to joining GE Benoit worked at Johnson & Johnson and attended Caterpillar’s Management Training Program. Recently he was Vice President, Global Supply Chain at MasterCard. Benoit is a Commercial and Management Engineer from the University of Louvain, Belgium. He holds a Masters degree in international business management from the CEMS International School of Management. Benoit fluently speaks English, Spanish and Italian in addition to French.

Charles is a Managing Partner at Altamira. From 2008 to 2011, Charles was with Bouygues Immobilier, first as Secretary General at the group's Iberian headquarters in Madrid, then leading the corporate Business Development function in charge of Acquisitions and minority investments, based in Paris. Prior to that, Charles was Managing Director at a Belgian family office (2003 – 2008), with oversight of the business portfolio in Real Estate and Leisure. He previously worked 8 years at General Electric, with various senior Finance and General Management roles at GE Power Controls France, further responsible for the Residential and Industrial Finance function at the European Headquarters in Barcelona. His previous assignments include roles at Bolloré Technologies (France), SCAC Transport (USA) and Copigraph SA (Brazil). Charles is a graduate from Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris (1991). He holds an Executive MBA from HEC/CPA (2000). Charles fluently speaks English and Spanish, in addition to French. In his spare time he plays Bridge at competition level.
